The Rotterdam-based collective—Sebastian Rengifo Rodriguez (vocals), Joey Roodenburg (bass), Aleksi Nardo (drums), and Oliver Chambers (guitar)—utilizes groove-driven riffs, introspective lyrical themes, and dynamic structures to create an abrasive and emotionally charged sound. Drawing inspiration from hardcore, nu-metal, hip-hop, and shoegaze, White Knuckle Grip brings a young and unapologetic energy to the stage and is a breath of fresh air in the Dutch hardcore scene.
