With ‘Learning How To Live And Let Go,’ the British band The Xcerts embarks on a new chapter. The exciting group’s most recent work showcases them at their best, with the palpable presence of pop influences while maintaining a raw and honest edge. With the single ‘Lovesick,’ The Xcerts reveal an intriguing blend of 90s gospel, pop, and soul, with a humorous character as the finishing touch.
PEER plays catchy pop-rock with an edge and gets their inspiration from bands like Nothing But Thieves and The Neighbourhood. Shortly after the release of their debut EP, PEER played international shows in the UK and Asia. After releasing their first album, the band kicked-off their first headline clubtour in a sold out Paradiso Amsterdam. Songs from their previous EP Mad For It! and album Laughing About It Is Far More Exciting have been used in worldwide car commercials for MINI and Mercedes (The Mercedes commercial featured multiple formula-1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton) as well as the Japanese Netflixshow Terrace House. A song of theirs was also used in sports brand FILA’s commercial.
B O I is a new Antwerp based band formed by songwriter Indra Aubroeck (vocals, guitars). This all female queer outfit further consists of Chloë Maes (Statue, Stef Kamil Carlens) on guitars and keys, Marieke Hutsebaut (The Spectors) on bass and backing vocals and Caia Croes on drums and electronics. Captivating lyrics mixed with mesmerizing instruments form the base/serve as the foundation of B O I’s music. Drenched in a grungy sauce, B O I makes catchy pop songs with a twist.
