Formed in London in 2015, Bo Gritz quickly established themselves as one of the most exciting and dynamic live experiences in the capital, supporting the likes of Black Midi and Ho99o9, and playing their own sell-out headline shows.
Whilst honing their sound in the live arena, the band recorded and released two EP’s as well as two singles. Both of these EP’s were a conscious attempt to document the raw, elemental performance that is seeing the band live, whereas the singles showcased more studio friendly recording techniques.
After taking a break during the pandemic, Bo Gritz returned in 2023 with their debut album ‘Chroma’ on Glasshouse Records, accompanied by a whole new live show.
Recorded at Hermitage Works Studios with engineer Nathan Ridley and the band’s own converted basement studio, ‘Chroma’ introduced electronica to the band’s sound and is a frenzied half hour of pulsating industrial rock. The trio are now taking this new music on the road.

Onder de naam Eating Rainbows nam muzikant en producer Nick Symoens enkele demo’s op in een school in Guildford. Tevreden over het resultaat en de lofi punksound die hij wist te creëren, zocht hij gelijkgestemde zielen om zijn muziek live te brengen. Met Jeroen Huyzentruyt op gitaar en August Corthouts op drum, vormde hij de band om zijn ideeën tot leven te brengen.
Hun eerste EP ‘Yep Yep Yep’ staat symbool voor de evolutie van de eerste demo’s en het begin van de band: rauwe punkrock. Geen tijd voor rust, maar knallen van begin tot eind.
