Our yearly “Peace celebration”-edition was renamed with a call to action! Make love, not war!
But since 1 week, we turned it into a Benefiet for Jamaica who suffered from hurricane Melissa.
We’ll party on Monday 10th, cause Tuesday is 11/11, a national holiday to remember the peace after WW1.
We present you 2 big reggae artists live from Jamaica!
– The first announced Warrior King and Iba Mahr are not performing anymore.
Their flights were cancelled (twice) and we ran out of options (news from today, 6th of november).
– Linval Thompson and Omar Perry are safe in Europe allready!
TICKETPRICE & DONATION
The first wave ticket stays on. The second ticketwave of 36 euro won’t start anymore.
And at the venue it won’t be 40 euro, but 35. So we lower the price, and donate some of it too.
For each ticket sold, Smile is donating 3 euro to Jamaica.
For each drink sold, Kavka Zappa is donating 40 cent to Jamaica.
A free gift-box will be there, but for 10 or 15 euro you can buy a book of Karel Michiels, all of that money is also going to Jamaica.
