DISTANT
Distant is a downtempo deathcore band from the Netherlands and Slovakia known for their heavy, dissonant mix of deathcore, brutal death metal, and beatdown.
Since forming in 2014, they’ve released several key records and built a strong reputation in the modern deathcore scene through extensive touring across Europe and the US, sharing stages with major acts like Lorna Shore and Suicide Silence.
With their 2024 release Tsukuyomi: The Origin, the band continues to expand their sound and celebrate over a decade of activity.
MAULED
Indianapolis deathcore band Mauled formed in 2022 and quickly built a local following with their intense live shows.
Their 2026 EP When Your Eyes Are Shut is inspired by early deathcore, featuring heavy breakdowns, fast drumming, and aggressive vocals. The band describes it as a reaction against the current state of the genre, focusing on raw emotion and intensity.
